Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across international markets and meet global sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a cross-regional sales team, motivating and coaching them to achieve their individual and collective goals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs in different regions to identify new opportunities.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and market developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure the successful execution of global sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in global sales or international market expansion, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of global markets, cultural differences, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to challenges across various regions.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Arabic are a plus.
